Christian Dior Couture in Paris seeks an Industrial Management Controller (senior) to lead industrial costing, budgeting and financial partnership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary business partner to Industrial Management, providing financial guidance across all production sites.
- Ensure monthly tracking of actuals, margins and cost of goods by product and season; contribute to P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow monthly closures.
- Build, coordinate and consolidate annual budgets and revised forecasts with site teams; deliver related analyses and reporting.
- Establish, analyse and control product costing across sourcing, development, manufacturing and billing stages.
- Monitor raw material purchasing and ensure correct inventory valuation; coordinate physical inventories and present results to auditors.
- Track industrial performance KPIs across production sites and support operational teams on cost optimisation and production efficiency.
- Provide financial support for industrial projects, including SAP and PLM evolutions, certification follow-ups and ad hoc studies.
- Guarantee adherence to internal control procedures across operational flows, including follow-up of product destructions and non-conformities.
Qualifications
- Degree from a leading business school or equivalent higher education in finance/accounting.
- 8–10 years' professional experience in audit, consulting and/or management control with demonstrable industrial/manufacturing controlling experience.
- Fluent English; Italian considered a plus.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, high rigor and organisational discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven aptitude for cross-functional collaboration.

8–10 years in audit, consulting and/or management control with significant experience in industrial/manufacturing controlling, costing, budgeting, monthly closures and project support (SAP/PLM).
Education
Higher education degree from a business school or equivalent (finance/accounting specialisation).
