Parfums Christian Dior seeks an Indirect Procurement Manager in Neuilly sur Seine to manage strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and cost optimization across Marketing and Digital categories.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide procurement support and negotiation services to internal departments across multiple indirect spend categories and strategic projects
  • Conduct strategic analysis and implementation of supplier panels with risk assessment
  • Establish and manage preferential agreements, pricing frameworks, and RFA (Request for Approval) protocols
  • Manage supplier relationships and monitor financial, operational, and dependency risks
  • Maintain strict adherence to budgets and timelines across all procurement initiatives
  • Oversee contract management in coordination with the Legal Department
  • Address supplier conflicts, quality issues, and delivery delays through effective dispute resolution
  • Ensure compliance with purchasing processes across all indirect spend families
  • Optimize costs, quality, lead times, and operational efficiency within assigned portfolio
  • Monitor market developments and industry trends relevant to procurement categories
  • Lead medium and long-term synergy projects and contribute to internal process improvements
  • Participate actively in cross-company Procurement Coordination with other LVMH Group maisons
  • Mentor and provide guidance to an apprentice within the procurement function

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent, ideally with specialized procurement training
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in indirect procurement with comparable portfolio in mature procurement environments (FMCG, Distribution, Automotive)
  • Demonstrated expertise in Digital Procurement and/or other relevant categories (CRM, Events)
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities
  • Advanced analytical and synthesis skills with deep financial acumen
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Client-centric mindset with demonstrated customer sensitivity
  • Fluent English with regular communication with international suppliers
  • Advanced proficiency in office software tools and procurement systems

Education
