Role & Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations and commercial follow-up for a portfolio of indirect categories (primarily digital, marketing, events, PR and specialized interim resources).
- Support internal clients across functions by providing procurement expertise and category-specific negotiation support.
- Define and implement supplier panel strategy: onboarding, segmentation, performance follow-up and risk monitoring (financial exposure, dependency).
- Establish preferred agreements, pricing grids and RFA arrangements to secure favorable commercial terms.
- Coordinate contract validation and amendments with the Legal team and ensure contractual compliance.
- Manage supplier disputes and non-conformities (quality, delivery) and drive remediation with operations and suppliers.
- Control budgets and timelines; ensure procurement process adherence across assigned categories.
- Optimize total cost, quality and lead times while improving operational procurement processes.
- Maintain market intelligence for the assigned portfolio and identify opportunities for synergies and continuous improvement.
- Participate in cross‑Maison procurement coordination within the LVMH group and contribute to medium- and long-term sourcing projects.
- Supervise and develop one apprentice assigned to the team.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business or engineering school; specialization in procurement or supply chain preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in indirect procurement; ideally 5+ years managing a similar portfolio within a mature environment (FMCG, distribution, automotive or equivalent).
- Proven experience with digital/marketing/event categories and managing external agencies or specialist suppliers.
- Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated supplier relationship management.
- Solid analytical skills, commercial rigor and ability to implement sourcing strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work transversally with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Resilience under pressure, aptitude for prioritising multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- Fluent English (regular exchanges with foreign suppliers).

Education
