Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute visual merchandising strategy in collaboration with headquarters teams and European Visual Merchandising leadership
- Ensure consistent brand identity and adherence to Maison codes across all boutique departments and visual installations
- Oversee regular execution and refinement of visual displays across multiple product categories, including window presentations, collection placements, VM maintenance, product launches, and special events
- Report on VM installations and their commercial impact on sales performance
- Contribute to the implementation of innovative visual merchandising solutions in partnership with headquarters teams
- Support business performance by managing sales development and stock level coordination with Retail Merchandising and VM leadership
- Conduct competitive analysis of luxury retail visual identities to maintain market-leading standards
- Communicate regularly with boutique staff regarding VM activities, initiatives, and commercial objectives
- Analyze KPI data to optimize the commercial impact of visual merchandising initiatives
- Recruit, develop, and train a team of three In-Store Visual Merchandisers, fostering professional growth and sales competencies
- Promote a collaborative team culture emphasizing communication, cooperation, and shared excellence
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or equivalent from a business or design school
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on visual merchandising experience in luxury boutique environments
- At least 5 years of management experience within visual merchandising or retail operations
- Proficiency in design software including Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
- Fluent in French and English
