Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Retail Training Strategy for the Southern France network.
- Foster trust and adaptability with boutique collaborators.
- Act as an ambassador for the Training Department in France and Monaco, promoting a positive learning culture.
- Plan and execute tailored training programs in corporate culture, product expertise, customer experience, management, and operations.
- Identify coaching opportunities to enhance excellence and performance among Advisors and Managers.
- Monitor retail and training KPIs, integrating them into monthly reports.
- Assess and improve customer experience satisfaction metrics (NPS & Mystery Shopping).
- Participate in client reception management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar senior training role within Couture, Beauty, or Hospitality sectors.
- Proven managerial experience with a focus on client-centric approaches.
