Christian Dior Couture – Import / Export Coordinator in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. Mid-level role managing international shipping, customs and export documentation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate international shipments with freight forwarders and carriers, ensuring timely execution and cost-effective routing.
- Prepare, verify and control all export documentation including packing lists, invoices, CITES permits, certificates of origin, EUR.1 forms and ATA carnets.
- Liaise daily with Sales Administration based in Paris to trigger and track orders.
- Manage and resolve disputes and customs issues with Swiss and international customs authorities, carriers and forwarders.
- Validate invoices and financial documents related to the Import/Export department.
- Support occasional physical order preparation and other operational logistics tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Vocational or tertiary qualification in business, international trade, logistics or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in import/export; ideally 5+ years of experience in watchmaking or other luxury goods industries.
- Solid knowledge of Swiss and international customs and import/export regulations.
- Proficiency with ERP systems; experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Strong organizational rigor, prioritization skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Autonomous, team-oriented and proactive with a solutions-focused mindset.
- French native speaker; minimum B1 level of English.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on import/export experience; preferably 5+ years within watchmaking or luxury goods, with demonstrated exposure to Swiss customs procedures and international logistics.
Education
Qualification in commerce, international trade, logistics or equivalent (vocational diploma, BTS, HND or university degree).
