Christian Dior Couture seeks an Import‑Export Coordinator in Paris (Fine Jewellery & Timepieces) to manage international shipments, customs and returns.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end export and import orders between the central warehouse and international markets, ensuring timely shipment and delivery.
  • Coordinate product returns and inbound flows for inter‑zone transfers or product discontinuations, including processing of credit notes and invoicing follow‑up.
  • Orchestrate transfers between boutiques and handle stock exchange requests while maintaining accurate inventory and documentation.
  • Liaise with third‑party logistics providers in France and the horology production unit in Switzerland to track shipments until final delivery.
  • Provide transport instructions aligned with internal procedures and applicable customs regimes; ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
  • Drive resolution of operational disputes and discrepancies with market teams, Finance and external partners.
  • Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to automate processes and enhance service performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in import/export operations within an international context.
  • Fluent written and spoken English for professional communication.
  • Proven competence with data and information systems; advanced use of Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of M3 or SAP is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of customs procedures, transport documentation and order‑to‑cash processes.
  • Demonstrated rigour, proactivity and ability to work collaboratively across functions; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capacity to prioritise, manage multiple stakeholders and take ownership beyond direct remit.
