Role & Responsibilities
- Support negotiation of usage and reproduction rights for photographic and audiovisual materials.
- Conduct iconographic research and respond to image requests from internal departments.
- Contribute to preparation of exhibition dossiers, including selection and measurement of works.
- Perform condition reporting and routine conservation checks on photographic and archival items.
- Index and tag media within the internal mediatheque according to established taxonomies.
- Produce inventory and object fiche templates using Adobe InDesign for archival records.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a higher‑education programme in archives, documentation, library science, iconography, art history or a related field (work‑study/apprenticeship track).
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Proven command of Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Bridge; familiarity with Keepeek is a plus.
- Excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and a collaborative team spirit.
- Genuine interest in fashion, visual culture and museum/exhibition processes.
- Available to start the work‑study placement in September 2026.
