Role & Responsibilities
- Act as primary HR contact and foster engagement across the Corporate Trainee community, coordinating communications and feedback.
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment for the Corporate Trainee Program including sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, reference checks, offers and rejections.
- Partner with HR Operations for accurate joiner/leaver data entry and onboarding preparation for trainees.
- Plan and manage trainee program events and logistics (catering, gifting, vendors) and capture post‑event feedback to identify improvements.
- Provide HR generalist support on employee relations issues for both corporate and retail populations and assist with Campus recruitment activities.
- Contribute to HR projects spanning Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, HR efficiency, CSR and DEI, and prepare strategic presentations for leadership.
- Manage NYC corporate office floor plan, process senior leadership expense items and support ad hoc generalist administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum six months prior HR experience.
- Available for a full‑time, 12‑month program (July 2026–July 2027) with onsite presence M–F (9:00–18:00) and remote work on Fridays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Demonstrable discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; able to deliver clear, concise presentations.
Skills
Experience
At least six months of prior HR experience, ideally including exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR administration or employee relations. Experience supporting cross‑functional HR projects and coordinating events or campus activities is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field preferred, or current enrolment in a relevant degree program.
