Parfums Christian Dior in Orléans seeks a Human Resources Manager (Supply Chain & Logistics). Lead HR operations and advise managers for ~300 employees.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HR interlocutor for Supply Chain & Logistics (scope of ~300 permanent employees), partnering closely with managers and the Director Supply Chain & Logistics.
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and hiring processes for the perimeter: define needs, run selection, conduct interviews and finalise contractual elements.
  • Drive onboarding and integration programmes for new hires and coordinate annual talent processes including performance reviews and development conversations.
  • Support career pathing, internal mobility and skills development; design and implement talent plans aligned with operational needs.
  • Provide day‑to‑day operational HR support to managers on individual and collective situations, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to company agreements.
  • Lead social dialogue and labour relations activities for the scope, maintaining a constructive industrial climate.
  • Prepare and pilot the HR budget for the sector and report on HR metrics and workforce planning.
  • Co‑lead transformation and improvement projects relating to Supply Chain operations, including deployment of HR policies on safety, environment and operational performance.
  • Line‑manage an HR coordinator and form a close working duo to deliver HR programmes; liaise with central HR functions (payroll, training, recruitment, C&B, development).

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, social law or labour law.
  • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in an HR generalist/HRBP role, ideally in an industrial environment (cosmetics, pharmaceutical or manufacturing).
  • Demonstrated experience advising managers, handling labour relations and running annual talent processes.
  • Experience managing recruitment, onboarding, mobility and HR budgeting within a multi‑site operational context.
  • Proven ability to lead change projects and to translate strategic HR policies into pragmatic field action.
