Christian Dior Parfums seeks an experienced HR Manager in Paris to lead talent management, recruitment, and employee relations across a designated scope.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all recruitment and hiring processes within scope, including needs assessment, candidate selection, interviewing, and contract validation
  • Monitor and facilitate the onboarding and integration of new employees
  • Prepare and facilitate annual talent management processes, including performance evaluation campaigns
  • Guide employee career development and internal mobility initiatives
  • Develop and manage the HR budget for the assigned sector
  • Provide strategic HR counsel to management on talent optimization, organizational structure, and change management
  • Maintain and foster a constructive social climate through ground-level engagement and initiatives
  • Advise managers on labour relations, legal compliance, and enterprise agreements
  • Contribute to development projects and organizational transformation with strategic HR perspective
  • Define and deploy strategic resource allocation aligned with departmental objectives

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Labour Law, or Social Law
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR role

  • Strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities
