- Co-lead the annual salary recommendation process, advising operational teams while respecting budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent (BAC+5).
- Minimum of 10 years of generalist HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and development, ideally in an international company.
