Parfums Christian Dior seeks an HR Manager in Chartres, France to lead HR operations for 220 employees and manage two coordinators in this full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pilot the recruitment and hiring process within the scope of responsibility, including needs definition, candidate selection, interviews, and contract validation
- Conduct integration follow-ups for new employees and manage onboarding processes
- Prepare and facilitate all annual talent management processes, particularly performance evaluation campaigns
- Manage professional career development and internal mobility, supporting employee advancement
- Actively participate in and drive the development of the HR budget for the assigned sector
- Provide strategic HR counsel to management on workforce optimization and organizational development
- Foster and maintain a constructive workplace climate through proactive field-based initiatives
- Advise and support managers in managing employee relations within their scope, ensuring legislative compliance and adherence to company agreements
- Participate in development and transformation projects, bringing a strategic HR perspective
- Serve as the primary liaison for deploying Parfums Christian Dior's HR policies and operational strategy among Chartres teams
- Contribute to safety and environmental objectives within the assigned scope
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, labor law, or employment law
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR management role
- Proven experience in industrial environments, preferably cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing sectors
- Advanced expertise in French labor law and employment regulations
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex data and develop optimized action plans
- Strong collaborative capabilities across multiple functions

Minimum 5 years in an HR management role, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments such as cosmetics or pharmaceuticals. Field-oriented background with proven experience supporting diverse operational teams across production, management, and employee populations.
Education
