Christian Dior Australia seeks an HR Intern in Sydney to support People & Culture operations in this unpaid internship.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintaining, updating, and organizing HR administrative records, documentation, and filing systems
  • Help prepare and format non-confidential templates, correspondence, and HR materials
  • Support recruitment processes by coordinating interview schedules, managing meeting room bookings, and facilitating candidate communications
  • Assist with onboarding and induction procedures for new team members under direct supervision
  • Observe and learn standard recruitment coordination workflows
  • Help coordinate internal staff engagement activities, well-being initiatives, and team workshops
  • Compile and format feedback and data from employee engagement initiatives
  • Attend team meetings to gain exposure to general HR operations and corporate practices
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department as needed
  • Assist with learning projects and guided research tasks

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field at an Australian university
  • Strong academic record
  • Basic understanding of human resources principles and workplace practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and discretion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
