Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Department and local HR Business Partners: draft contracts and offer letters using HR software, prepare various HR correspondence (employment agreements, parental leave, sabbatical, resignations, retirements).
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding logistics, including IT access requests and creation/follow‑up of hiring requisitions.
  • Maintain and update movement trackers and annual appraisal spreadsheets; keep the market organisational chart and photo directory current.
  • Coordinate recruitment and candidate management for interns, apprentices and permanent/temporary hires: publish ads (careers site, LinkedIn), conduct phone screens, run interview campaigns and issue offers.
  • Own end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns for interns/alternants: brief hiring managers, publish roles, interview candidates, and conduct mid‑point and end‑of‑term reviews.
  • Administer trainee and apprentice documentation (conventions, Cerfa forms) and perform related HR administrative follow‑up.
  • Support internal communication initiatives: prepare HR presentations (PowerPoint) for seminars and produce organisation notes announcing market movements.
  • Contribute to HR development projects and deliver independent projects aligned with the apprentice’s professional orientation; support HR Business Partners on transversal initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or completing a master’s level programme (Bac+4/5) in Business, Human Resources or equivalent.
  • First professional experience or internship in a Human Resources function is preferred.
  • Strong administrative rigour and attention to detail; familiarity with French HR administrative forms (Cerfa) is an asset.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills: collaboration, clear communication and integrity.
  • Critical thinking and adaptability; ability to work autonomously within a small HR team.
