Role & Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment for retail teams (CDI & CDD): briefing, drafting job postings, sourcing, CV screening and conducting interviews.
- Execute active candidate sourcing using professional networks and CV databases to identify retail talent.
- Coordinate the recruitment campaign, onboarding and ongoing integration of interns and alternants at 30 Avenue Montaigne.
- Manage HR administrative tasks: prepare offer letters, compile personnel files and monitor probationary periods.
- Administer training activities: identify needs with managers, handle funding requests and track completion.
- Contribute to HR projects (employee well‑being, internal communications, social affairs) and support mobility and internal career progression of sales staff.
- Support rollout of HR tools and processes and participate in transverse initiatives on Diversity & Inclusion and Employer Brand.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely feedback and professional communication.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holder of a Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) in business, HR or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 months’ prior HR experience (internship or work‑study) with exposure to recruitment or HR administration.
- Strong interpersonal skills, service orientation and demonstrated discretion handling confidential information.
- Organised, pragmatic and solution‑oriented with ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Proactive, curious and receptive to feedback; able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in English (written and spoken).

Experience
At least 6 months' professional experience in an HR role (internship or alternance), ideally with exposure to retail recruitment and HR administrative processes.
Education
Master's-level study (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent (current enrolment acceptable).
