Parfums Christian Dior HR Assistant alternance contract in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Support recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR Director and HR Managers, including contract request creation, hiring promise drafting, and correspondence preparation (tri-partite conventions, role changes, parental leave, sabbaticals, resignations, retirements)
- Declare employee arrivals and departures to IT services and maintain movement reports and annual review tracking
- Manage internship and apprenticeship programs independently, including campaign briefs to managers, job posting publication, interviews, and offer preparation; conduct mid-term and end-of-term reviews with students and apprentices
- Support CDI and CDD recruitment through LinkedIn and career site postings, conduct phone interviews, identify talent pool candidates, and develop future recruitment pipelines
- Create and deliver HR presentations during company seminars (new arrivals, company anniversaries, retirements, returns); draft organizational notices and update organizational charts and staff directories
- Manage independent HR development projects aligned with recruit profiles and career orientation; support HR Managers on cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's-level program in Business School or Human Resources with BAC +4 or +5 minimum qualification
- Prior experience within a Human Resources department
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills aligned with luxury industry standards
