Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative HR support for the France Market HR team: draft employment contracts and offer letters using the HR software, prepare formal correspondence (conventions, contractual changes, parental leave, resignation, retirement notices, etc.), manage IT notifications for arrivals/departures, and create and follow up hiring requests.
  • Maintain and update HR trackers and reporting (movement tables, annual review follow‑ups, organisational charts and employee photo directories).
  • Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment and administrative follow‑up for interns and apprentices: write and publish adverts, conduct interviews, issue offers, run mid‑term and end‑of‑placement reviews, and process administrative documentation (Cerfa, convention).
  • Support recruitment for CDI and CDD roles: publish vacancy ads on the careers site and LinkedIn, conduct telephone screenings independently, participate in interviews, source candidates via professional networks and develop talent pools for future hiring needs.
  • Prepare internal HR communications and presentations (PowerPoint) for seminars and internal events; draft organisational notes announcing movements and be proactive in proposing internal engagement initiatives.
  • Lead or support HR development projects autonomously according to the apprentice’s profile and professional interests; provide transversal project support to HR Business Partners.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or pursuing a Master’s‑level programme (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources, Business School or equivalent.
  • First professional experience or internships in an HR service is desirable.
  • Demonstrable administrative rigour and acute attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with managers and employees across levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to shifting priorities and work collaboratively within a small HR team.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential employee information.
