Join Christian Dior Couture in Paris as an HRIS Assistant. This full-time apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to support HR functions and participate in international projects within a prestigious luxury fashion brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide support to HR users across various subsidiaries in areas such as Core HR, Compensation, and Talent/Performance.
- Handle data extraction requests and develop both global and local reports using Success Factors.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to enhance support processes and contribute to their industrialization.
- Document procedures and create operational manuals.
- Monitor data flows and integrations to ensure alignment of HRIS databases.
- Participate in international projects, including Core HR deployment, data migration, and testing.
- Contribute to project deliverables and assist the HRIS team in meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's program (Master 1 or Master 2) with a specialization in HRIS or Human Resources.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Education
Master's degree in progress, specializing in HRIS or Human Resources.
