Christian Dior Couture seeks HR Projects Assistant in Paris for internship role coordinating talent development and HR initiatives across European markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead talent development projects from conception through implementation, including mentoring programs, onboarding initiatives, and retail training pathways
  • Create and disseminate internal HR communications including newsletters, intranet content, videos, and internal social posts to inform and engage employees on HR initiatives
  • Maintain and update HR dashboards to track career movements, mobility metrics, and key talent indicators across European markets
  • Produce HR reports and insights from talent data to support managers in decision-making
  • Participate in organizing and monitoring annual performance evaluation campaigns, including tool preparation, deadline tracking, and follow-up communications
  • Support deployment of employee engagement surveys and post-survey action plans across the European region
  • Serve as primary contact between European headquarters and local HR teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Coordinate the rollout of HR programs and initiatives across multiple European markets

Qualifications

  • Master's degree with a primary focus on HR, communications, organizational psychology, or project management
