Role & Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end delivery of talent development projects (e.g., mentoring schemes, onboarding programmes, retail training) from conception through implementation and evaluation.
• Create and disseminate internal HR communications (newsletters, intranet content, videos, internal posts) to inform and engage employees across Europe.
• Maintain and update HR dashboards to track career movements, mobility and key talent indicators.
• Produce HR analyses and management reports to deliver actionable insights to people managers and the Talent Development lead.
• Contribute to the organisation and follow‑up of annual performance evaluation campaigns (preparing tools, tracking deadlines, sending reminders).
• Support deployment and follow‑up of engagement surveys and related action plans.
• Act as regional coordination point with local HR teams to ensure alignment and facilitate multi‑market roll‑outs of programmes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (in progress or completed) with a first professional experience or internship in communication, training, or HR project management.
• Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated project management and organisational capabilities with attention to deadlines and details.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce clear internal content.
• Capacity to work collaboratively within an international, multicultural environment and show initiative.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with HR data and produce concise reports.

Entry‑level candidate: Master's level with at least one prior internship or short professional experience in communications, training, or HR project coordination; comfortable supporting projects across multiple European markets.

Education

Master's degree (in progress or completed) in Human Resources, Communication, Business, Organisational Psychology or a closely related discipline.
