Role & Responsibilities

  • Pilot recruitment and hiring processes for the assigned scope, including needs assessment, candidate selection, interviews, and contract validation
  • Conduct integration follow-ups for newly hired employees and oversee annual talent management processes, including performance evaluation campaigns
  • Manage professional pathways and internal mobility, supporting employee development and career progression
  • Actively participate in and lead HR budget construction for the assigned sector
  • Advise management on HR matters, providing expertise and strategic recommendations
  • Contribute to maintaining a constructive and harmonious social climate through field-based initiatives
  • Counsel and support managers in managing labor relations within their scope while ensuring compliance with legislation and company agreements
  • Participate in development and transformation projects for the assigned scope, bringing a strategic HR perspective
  • Define and implement resources to deploy Operations strategy
  • Contribute to safety and environmental objectives across the scope
  • Serve as the on-site liaison for Dior HR policies to Supply Chain and Logistics teams

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in HR, labor law, or employment law
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR role within an industrial environment (cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or comparable sectors)
  • Fluent English for cross-functional stakeholder engagement
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent management and HR operations optimization
  • Strong analytical and risk-assessment capabilities
  • Exceptional pedagogical and communication skills
  • Proven organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and coordinate complex initiatives
