Christian Dior Couture is seeking an HR Operations Intern to support its Milan team with personnel administration, payroll-related processes, employee benefits, HR systems, and reporting. The internship is on-site and listed as full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage onboarding documentation, including internship placements and fixed-term and permanent contracts.
- Monitor contract expiration dates and coordinate related renewal or termination procedures.
- Provide administrative support to employees with HR-related queries and needs.
- Calculate and manage commissions and incentives in accordance with company plans.
- Administer employee benefits, including meal vouchers, welfare plans, and insurance policies.
- Administer and maintain HR platforms and information systems, ensuring data integrity and proper functionality.
- Update the database.
