Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all permanent and fixed-term recruitment across the assigned portfolio
  • Define tailored sourcing and recruitment strategies for corporate and specialist roles
  • Deliver premium, differentiated candidate experiences aligned with Maison standards
  • Develop talent pools for critical and strategic positions prone to talent scarcity
  • Challenge hiring managers' briefs and support recruitment decision-making
  • Collaborate with employer branding and campus management teams
  • Actively support internal mobility initiatives at both Maison and Group levels
  • Partner with senior directors and managers on organizational, human capital, and business challenges
  • Advise operational leaders on comprehensive HR matters including labour law, performance, mobility, talent development, compensation, and employee engagement
  • Participate in defining and deploying HR strategy for corporate functions
  • Guide organizational transformations and change management initiatives
  • Ensure consistent application of Maison and Group HR policies
  • Track and analyze HR metrics including headcount, turnover, mobility, recruitment, diversity, and engagement
  • Identify high-potential individuals and support succession planning
  • Participate in annual people reviews covering performance and salary adjustments
  • Coach managers in skills development and performance management
  • Champion a management culture rooted in excellence, rigour, and team development
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR and transformation projects
  • Drive continuous improvements in recruitment and talent management processes
  • Champion innovation in HR practices, people analytics, and employee experience

Qualifications

  • Master's degree from a business school, university, or specialized HR/employment law programme
  • Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner and/or Talent Acquisition Manager in demanding, international settings
  • Proven expertise in corporate recruitment and high-level talent acquisition
  • Deep understanding of headquarters organizations and creative/business functions
  • Strong command of employment law and HR practices
  • Fluent English (essential)
  • Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, or premium sectors highly valued
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, matrix, and transformative environments

Experience
