Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all recruitment activities (CDI and fixed-term contracts) across assigned departments
- Develop and implement tailored sourcing and recruitment strategies for corporate and specialized roles
- Deliver a premium, differentiated candidate experience aligned with the Maison's standards
- Build and nurture talent pools in critical and strategic functions
- Challenge manager briefs and support informed hiring decisions
- Collaborate with employer brand and campus management teams
- Actively participate in the Group and Maison's internal mobility initiatives
- Support Directors and managers on organizational, human, and business challenges
- Provide expert HR guidance on employment law, performance management, mobility, talent development, compensation, and engagement
- Contribute to defining and deploying the HR strategy for headquarters functions
- Lead organizational transformation and change management initiatives
- Ensure consistent application of Maison and Group HR policies
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics (headcount, turnover, mobility, recruitment, diversity, engagement)
- Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning
- Participate in annual people reviews (performance and salary assessments)
- Coach managers in skills development and performance management
- Foster a leadership culture grounded in excellence and team development
- Contribute to cross-functional HR and transformation projects
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment and talent management processes
- Propose innovations in HR practices, HR data analytics, and employee experience
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, university, or specialized program in HR or employment law
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience as an HR Business Partner and/or Talent Acquisition Manager in a demanding, international environment
- Proven expertise in corporate recruitment and senior talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of headquarters organizations and creative/business functions
- Advanced knowledge of employment law and HR practices
- Experience in the luxury, fashion, beauty, or premium sectors is highly valued

Demonstrated success in managing corporate recruitment at the headquarters level and identifying senior-level talent is essential. Experience within the luxury, fashion, beauty, or premium sectors is strongly preferred.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, university, or specialized graduate program in Human Resources, employment law, or related field.
