HR Internship at Parfums Christian Dior, Neuilly-sur-Seine. Support recruitment, employee lifecycle, and talent development for Brand & Creation teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment operations across the Brand & Creation perimeter: gathering requirements, drafting and publishing job offers, candidate sourcing, screening, conducting HR interviews, coordinating selection processes, and formalizing proposals with a strong focus on candidate experience
- Support HR Managers in employee lifecycle management: onboarding, probationary period oversight, professional development guidance, and active participation in internal mobility initiatives to foster talent retention and development
- Manage young talent pool development: individualized HR support for interns and apprentices throughout their journey, including onboarding, progress check-ins, end-of-mission reviews, potential identification, and organizing engagement activities (events, networking, key moments)
- Identify training needs, support implementation of skills development plans in collaboration with managers and central HR teams, manage recruitment and employee lifecycle administration (contracts, amendments, administrative follow-up), and contribute to cross-functional HR projects focused on talent management and process improvement
Qualifications
- First experience in Human Resources through internship or apprenticeship, preferably in a demanding and dynamic environment (luxury, retail, FMCG, or agency)
