HR Intern at Parfums Christian Dior, Neuilly-sur-Seine. Support talent acquisition and employee lifecycle management for Brand & Creation teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for the Brand & Creation scope, including needs assessment, job posting creation and publication, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer formalization with emphasis on candidate experience
  • Support HR Managers in employee onboarding, probationary period management, career development, and internal mobility initiatives to drive retention and talent progression across the Maison
  • Oversee individualized HR support for interns and apprentices throughout their tenure, including onboarding, milestone check-ins, mission debriefs, talent identification, and animation activities such as networking events and milestones
  • Assess training needs, implement skills development plans in coordination with managers and central HR teams, and manage administrative lifecycle documentation including contracts, amendments, and employee records
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR projects related to talent management and operational process improvements as needed by the organization

Qualifications

  • Completed or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • First professional experience in HR gained through internship or apprenticeship, preferably in a demanding and dynamic environment such as luxury, retail, FMCG, or HR agencies
  • Proficiency in core HR functions including recruitment, administrative management, onboarding, and employee lifecycle support
  • Demonstrable proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously while maintaining organizational discipline and reliability
