Christian Dior Couture seeks an HR Intern in Munich — six‑month full‑time internship at the Head Office supporting HR operations and talent acquisition.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support HR Business Partners across the Central & Eastern Europe region throughout the full HR lifecycle, ensuring adherence to Dior standards.
- Maintain and manage employee records and leave tracking within the HR system, including calculations and data integrity checks.
- Prepare and manage employment documentation such as fixed‑term and permanent contracts, promotions, title changes and employment references.
- Produce monthly HR reports to update stakeholders and support decision‑making.
- Independently manage recruitment workflows for interns, working students and apprentices, including job postings, interview coordination and candidate assessment.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and liaise with external providers to advance HR projects.
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement initiatives such as the "Dior Intern Club," Headspace sessions and regional team events (e.g., B2Run, Pink October Run).
- Prepare internal communications and announcements for new joiners, anniversaries and promotions.
Qualifications
- Ongoing university studies in human resources, business administration, psychology or a related field.
- At least one prior practical experience in HR (internship or working‑student role) is mandatory.
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a proactive, learning‑oriented attitude.
