Christian Dior Couture seeks an HR Intern in Geneva — six-month, full-time internship supporting HR operations, recruitment and employee engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support HR Business Partners across the Central & Eastern Europe region in the full HR lifecycle, ensuring alignment with Christian Dior standards.
- Maintain and manage employee records in the HR system, including leave tracking and related calculations.
- Produce and distribute monthly HR reports to keep stakeholders informed of key metrics and changes.
- Prepare and manage employment documentation (fixed-term and permanent contracts, promotions, title changes) and create employment references.
- Assist in administration of employee benefits and coordinate communications with external providers to support HR projects.
- Independently manage recruitment for interns, working students and apprentices: draft and update job postings, schedule and conduct interviews.
- Plan and deliver employee engagement initiatives such as the "Dior Intern Club" and regional team events (e.g., runs, awareness events).
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed university studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
- At least one prior relevant work experience (internship or working-student role) in HR or a related function is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable producing regular reports.
- Excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a proactive, learning-oriented attitude.
- Fluent spoken and written English; proficiency in German and/or French is a strong advantage.

Entry-level role; candidates must have at least one prior internship or working-student experience in HR or a closely related area and demonstrable exposure to recruitment or HR administration.
Education
University studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a closely related field.
