Christian Dior Couture seeks an HR Intern in Doha, Qatar to support HR operations, reporting and recruitment across its retail network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end HR operations across the retail network, including onboarding, offboarding, documentation management and compliance with internal standards.
- Prepare HR correspondence and official letters; maintain accurate digital and physical employee files and trackers.
- Monitor probation confirmations, contract renewals and internal mobility updates to ensure personnel records are current.
- Coordinate interviews in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager: prepare interview packs, evaluation templates, scheduling and candidate follow‑up.
- Compile and assist in the preparation of monthly HR reports and management presentations; support basic workforce analytics and trend identification.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives: prepare workshop materials, support focus groups and deliver at least one independent HR project during the internship.
Qualifications
- University student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Highly organized, structured and detail oriented with strong administrative rigour.
- Discreet and professional handling of confidential personnel information.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.

Entry-level; suitable for current university students or recent graduates with demonstrable interest or limited exposure to HR operations, reporting or recruitment coordination.
Education
University student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
