HR Intern at Parfums Christian Dior, Copenhagen — 6-month full-time internship beginning January 2027 supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for internship positions and support HR Business Partners with retail recruitment activities, including job posting creation, CV screening, phone interviews, interview scheduling, and conducting preliminary candidate interviews
- Maintain and update candidate database and applicant tracking systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with the Head of HR to develop employer branding initiatives and foster the intern community
- Lead onboarding processes for all new interns and joiners to ensure seamless integration and positive experience
- Manage employee offboarding administration and ensure compliance with procedural requirements
- Update and maintain accurate employee records across HR documentation and systems, including HR Master File, policy administration, and benefits coordination
- Support Head of HR in driving Talent Development initiatives aligned with organizational HR roadmap
- Organize and follow up on internal training programs, including mandatory and e-learning modules, in collaboration with the training department
- Assist in the rollout, administration, and follow-up of performance review processes
- Drive internal communication initiatives and provide hands-on support for company internal events
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc HR reporting and analysis
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- High ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ability to work independently
- Fast learner capable of adapting quickly to a luxury environment
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and agility

No prior HR experience required; internship candidate with beginner-level experience
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree; internship must be part of an accredited educational program for school credits
