Role & Responsibilities

  • Support candidate administration end-to-end, securely handling applications and documents while providing status updates to Talent Acquisition, HR Generalists and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Draft offer letters and maintain accurate organizational charts, office floor plans, new-hire and departure records; prepare monthly HR reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment of employee titles and compensation packages.
  • Enter and maintain new-hire and HR data in internal HRIS platforms to keep employee records current.
  • Contribute to HR operations projects such as the employee referral program and organizational announcements.
  • Enhance employer branding and the candidate experience through elevated, professional communication and a welcoming reception for visitors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum six months prior experience in human resources or HR administration.
  • Available for a full-time, 12‑month temporary program (May 2026–May 2027); Monday–Friday 9:00–18:00 with remote work on Fridays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a complex environment while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills and clear written and verbal communication; takes initiative and works collaboratively across teams.

Experience

At least 6 months of prior human resources or HR administrative experience; familiarity with candidate administration and HR operations preferred.

Education

The base compensation for this position is USD 20 per hour.
