LVMH Beauty Tech seeks HR Domain Manager for CoreHR program leadership in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Lead HRIS transformation across 16 maisons using SAP SuccessFactors.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the Beauty Worldwide CoreHR program (SAP SuccessFactors interfaced with PeopleDoc, Payrolls, ServiceNow), ensuring alignment with HR business needs, IT strategy, LVMH Beauty Division and Beauty Tech transformation goals
  • Define and implement a scalable Beauty HRIS Core Model integrating best practices and ensuring future-proof solutions aligned with LVMH Group ecosystem
  • Act as coordinator between HRIS business process owners, HR teams, and IT stakeholders to deliver an optimized and efficient HRIS ecosystem worldwide
  • Manage and prioritize the HR IT roadmap and strategic portfolio for the maisons and Beauty Division, ensuring participation in Strategic Demand processes and governance
  • Deliver all HRIS-related application projects for all maisons of the Beauty Division, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and strategic coherence
  • Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners, including consultants and development teams
  • Ensure integration and interoperability of HRIS solutions with other IT platforms in collaboration with Enterprise Architects and Core Back-End teams
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure CoreHR program effectiveness
  • Build and drive the post-Go Live and Run organization with adapted governance and KPIs within the Beauty Division and Group
  • Manage external service providers for support and maintenance contracts (TMA) and oversee level 2 support for critical HR applications
  • Develop and coordinate regional Beauty Tech HR teams

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in HRIS project management or consulting with focus on large-scale HR transformation programs
  • Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, and HRIS system integrations (Payrolls, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors)
  • Demonstrated experience in international, multi-brand, and multi-entity environments
  • Fluent English and French proficiency
  • Results-driven and action-oriented with capability to lead complex, multi-domain projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to engage with both HR and Tech teams
  • Autonomous and proactive with capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environment
