LVMH Beauty Tech seeks HR Domain Manager to lead global CoreHR transformation in Neuilly-sur-Seine. SAP SuccessFactors expertise required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and drive the global CoreHR program (SAP SuccessFactors interfaced with PeopleDoc, Payrolls, and ServiceNow), ensuring strategic alignment with Beauty Division and LVMH Beauty Tech transformation objectives
- Define and implement a scalable Beauty HRIS Core Model integrating best practices and future-proof solutions aligned with LVMH Group standards
- Coordinate between HRIS business process owners, HR teams, and IT stakeholders to deliver an optimized worldwide HRIS ecosystem
- Manage and prioritize the HR IT Roadmap and strategic portfolio for all Maisons, including budget portfolio management and governance participation
- Deliver all HRIS-related application projects for the Beauty Division with timely delivery, budget control, and strategic coherence
- Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners including consultants and development teams
- Ensure integration and interoperability of HRIS solutions with enterprise platforms in collaboration with Enterprise Architects and Core Back-End teams
- Identify, anticipate, and mitigate project execution and system implementation risks
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure CoreHR program effectiveness and operational excellence
- Build and drive post-launch organization with adapted governance, KPIs, and alignment with Beauty Division and Group objectives
- Provide strategic reporting to Beauty management on Build & Run activities and system performance
- Manage external service providers for support and maintenance contracts and oversee level 2 support for critical HR applications
- Develop and coordinate Region Beauty Tech HR Teams across international markets
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in HRIS project management or consulting with focus on large-scale HR transformation programs
- Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, and HRIS system integrations including Payrolls, ServiceNow, and related platforms
- Demonstrated experience in international, multi-brand, and multi-entity environments
- Results-driven and action-oriented leadership capable of managing complex, multi-domain projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with both HR and technical teams
- Autonomous, proactive approach to managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments
- Track record of driving efficiency and continuous operational improvements
Skills
Experience
Minimum 15 years of professional experience in HRIS project management, systems integration, or HR technology consulting. Substantial background managing enterprise-scale HR transformations across multiple geographies and business units, with hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and ecosystem integrations. Direct experience coordinating international, multi-brand portfolios with complex governance structures.
Education
University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Advanced certifications in SAP SuccessFactors or enterprise HR systems are advantageous.
