LVMH Beauty Tech seeks an HR Domain Manager in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine to lead CoreHR & HRIS transformation across global Beauty Maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the Beauty worldwide CoreHR program (SAP SuccessFactors interfaced with PeopleDoc, payroll systems, ServiceNow, etc.), ensuring alignment with HR business needs, IT strategy and LVMH Beauty Tech transformation goals.
  • Define and implement a scalable, future-proof HRIS Core Model aligned with LVMH Group Core HR and the Division’s operating constraints.
  • Act as coordinator between HRIS business process owners, HR teams and IT stakeholders to deliver an optimized, interoperable HRIS ecosystem worldwide.
  • Manage and prioritize the HR IT roadmap and strategic portfolio, participate in Strategic Demand processes and governance, and oversee portfolio budget management.
  • Deliver HRIS application projects for all Beauty Maisons, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control and adherence to strategic objectives.
  • Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners (consultants, dev teams), including management of third‑party support and maintenance contracts (TMA).
  • Ensure integration and interoperability of HRIS solutions with other IT platforms in close collaboration with Enterprise Architects and core back-end teams.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for the CoreHR program, build post-Go‑Live run organization and governance, and provide regular reporting to Beauty management.
  • Identify, anticipate and mitigate project and implementation risks; support data quality initiatives and lead change management efforts.
  • Oversee level‑2 support for critical HR applications within scope and develop/coordinate regional Beauty Tech HR teams.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in HRIS program management or consulting, leading large-scale HR transformation programmes.
  • Proven expertise with SAP SuccessFactors and PeopleDoc; demonstrable experience integrating payroll systems and ServiceNow with HRIS landscapes.
  • Strong program and portfolio management skills, including budget oversight, governance and strategic prioritization.
  • Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional, multinational teams and external partners in multi‑brand environments.
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written); excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with change management, data quality governance and post-Go‑Live run organisation.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for international projects.
