LVMH Beauty Tech seeks an HR Domain Manager in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine to lead the CoreHR program (SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc) for the Beauty Division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and own the Beauty Worldwide CoreHR program (SAP SuccessFactors landscape interfaced with PeopleDoc, payroll systems, ServiceNow and other platforms), ensuring alignment with HR business needs and LVMH Beauty Tech transformation goals.
- Define and implement a scalable, future‑proof Beauty HRIS Core Model consistent with Group Core HR standards and local constraints.
- Manage the HR IT roadmap and strategic portfolio for the Maisons, including budget portfolio management and participation in strategic demand & governance processes.
- Deliver HRIS application projects across all Beauty Maisons, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, risk mitigation and strategic coherence.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners (consultants, development teams) and ensure integration/interoperability with Enterprise Architecture and back‑end teams.
- Define KPIs, build post‑Go‑Live run organisation and oversee operational excellence for HR applications, including level‑2 support and TMA contracts.
- Drive data quality initiatives and change management activities; provide regular reporting to Beauty management on build & run activities.
- Develop and coordinate regional Beauty Tech HR teams.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading large‑scale HR transformation and CoreHR programs in international, multi‑brand, multi‑entity environments.
- Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and integrations with PeopleDoc, payroll systems and ServiceNow.
- Demonstrated capability to manage strategic portfolios, budgets and governance processes; strong program and project management skills.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage HR and IT senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Autonomous, proactive, results‑driven and accustomed to operating in fast‑paced, cross‑functional contexts.

Experience
15+ years of progressive experience in HRIS project management or consulting, with a track record of delivering large‑scale CoreHR and HR transformation programs across international, multi‑entity organisations.
Education
Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).

The role is situated in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France — conveniently close to Paris.
