Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain campus relationships; organize recruitment events and create content for HR social media channels and job teasers
  • Collaborate with the Young Talent Development Manager on HR development projects targeting the Early Career Professionals population
  • Support intern integration, training, mentoring, and professional development initiatives
  • Manage Volunteer International Exchange (VIE) and graduate program communities through engagement and coordination activities
  • Oversee alumni community engagement and recruitment initiatives
  • Analyze experience review evaluations; organize career meetings with young talents; create talent pipelines to support career progression
  • Communicate market and global career opportunities within the Maison to the young talent cohort
  • Design and implement tools and processes to measure project efficacy and impact through KPIs, surveys, and dashboards

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Business School or Master's program specializing in Human Resources
  • Strong interest in HR innovation and transformation initiatives
  • Excellent organizational and priority-management skills
  • Demonstrated conceptual strength with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Curiosity and awareness of current HR market trends
  • Excellent responsiveness and adaptability in dynamic environments
