Parfums Christian Dior seeks an HR Coordinator intern in Neuilly-sur-Seine to support recruitment, employee integration, and talent development across the Brand & Creation division.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive recruitment operations across the Brand & Creation division, including needs assessment, job description drafting and publication, candidate sourcing, screening, HR interview conduction, selection process coordination, and offer formalization with strong emphasis on candidate experience
  • Support HR Managers in monitoring fixed-term and permanent employees through integration, probation period management, professional development accompaniment, and active participation in internal mobility initiatives to foster talent retention and progression
  • Provide individualized HR support to interns and apprentices throughout their tenure: onboarding, progress reviews, mission completion assessments, high-potential identification, and coordination of engagement activities such as events and networking sessions to build a sustainable young talent pool
  • Collect training needs, implement and monitor competency development plans in coordination with managers and central HR teams; manage administrative responsibilities for recruitment and employee lifecycle including contract management and amendments; contribute to cross-functional HR projects focused on talent management and process improvement

Qualifications

  • First professional experience in Human Resources (internship or apprenticeship) acquired in a demanding and dynamic environment (luxury, retail, FMCG, or agency preferred)
