Christian Dior Couture seeks HR Business Partner – Recruitment in Paris. Lead talent acquisition, HR strategy, and people management for corporate functions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all permanent and fixed-term recruitment for the assigned corporate perimeter, defining sourcing strategies tailored to corporate and expert-level roles
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies; design and implement talent pipelines for high-priority and scarce-skill roles
- Ensure a premium candidate experience aligned with Maison standards; collaborate with employer brand and campus management teams on attraction initiatives
- Challenge manager briefs; facilitate informed hiring decisions and active participation in internal mobility policies at Maison and Group levels
- Serve as strategic HR business partner to directors and managers on organizational, human capital, and business challenges
- Advise operational stakeholders across HR issues including labour law, performance management, mobility, talent development, compensation, and employee engagement
- Contribute to defining and deploying HR strategy for corporate functions; guide organizational transformations and change management initiatives
- Ensure consistent application of Maison and Group HR policies across the perimeter
- Monitor and analyze HR indicators including headcount, turnover, mobility, recruitment metrics, diversity, and engagement
- Identify high-potential employees; support succession planning and annual people reviews (performance and salary reviews)
- Coach managers on skills development and performance management; foster a culture rooted in excellence, rigorous standards, and team development
- Contribute to cross-functional HR and transformation projects; continuously improve recruitment and talent management processes
- Propose innovative solutions in HR, HR analytics, and employee experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +5 (business school, university, HR, or labour law)
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience as an HR Business Partner and/or Talent Acquisition Manager in demanding, international environments
- Proven expertise in corporate recruitment and expert-level talent sourcing
- Strong knowledge of head office organizational structures and creative/business function operations
- Excellent command of labour law and HR practices
- Fluent English (essential)

Experience
Minimum 10 years as an HR Business Partner and/or Talent Acquisition Manager in demanding, international environments. Experience in the luxury, fashion, beauty, or premium sectors is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree +5 years (Grandes Écoles de Commerce, university, HR specialization, or labour law)
