Christian Dior Couture is hiring an HR Business Partner in Paris, France for its flagship 30 Avenue Montaigne boutique. Lead HR strategy and talent management for 300+ employees.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy and implement all corporate and maison HR initiatives and campaigns across the boutique
- Develop and animate internal and external HR communications strategy
- Support operational teams on daily HR matters and provide first-level guidance to employees
- Advise and assist managers and employees with administrative and legal procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law
- Coach managers on talent management, employee development, training programmes, and performance discussions
- Ensure HR practices comply with current employment legislation and social regulations
- Maintain optimal management of employee files in coordination with ADP payroll systems
- Participate in headcount and FTE budget construction and monitor monthly financial performance
- Lead all boutique recruitment initiatives while developing a candidate pipeline
- Oversee probation period monitoring in partnership with line managers
- Facilitate onboarding of new talent and manage offboarding processes
- Track and analyse monthly HR metrics and KPIs
- Participate in boutique and maison-level HR projects and initiatives
- Manage disciplinary cases and ensure procedural compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) in business administration, human resources management, social law, or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated strong interest in and understanding of employment law and social regulation
- Professional experience in luxury, retail, and food and beverage sectors
- Minimum 5 years of generalist HR experience, ideally in retail environments of comparable scale and complexity
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems
- Fluent in French and professional-level English
