Parfums Christian Dior seeks an HR Assistant – Career Management intern in Neuilly-sur-Seine for talent development and INDIOR programme coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage interns and apprentices through INDIOR event organization, HR communication, and community engagement campaigns
- Coordinate campus team initiatives and dedicated events, with KPI tracking and qualitative/quantitative reporting
- Support the Next Gen Program Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager on early-career talent initiatives and academic relations events
- Manage graduate programme implementation and VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise) candidates from selection to integration
- Collaborate with Learning & Development on international projects, including Career Compass programme deployment and Career Week organization
- Support employee engagement through Pulse listening campaigns and RISE performance management initiatives
- Contribute to the design of a new international onboarding programme
- Track KPIs and provide reporting on talent initiatives and employee engagement outcomes
Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of HR and/or project management experience
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Initiative and problem-solving capabilities
