Christian Dior Couture, London: HR & Recruitment Coordinator role supporting full recruitment lifecycle and onboarding operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the complete recruitment lifecycle from job description creation to candidate onboarding for entry-level to mid-senior positions
- Create compelling job descriptions and advertise vacancies on the TalentLink platform across UK locations
- Screen CVs and applications using the applicant tracking system (ATS) with meticulous attention to detail
- Organise and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and flexible scheduling
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining equality and professionalism throughout the recruitment process
- Extend verbal job offers to successful candidates and serve as the primary point of contact for new starters
- Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and related administrative documentation
- Conduct right-to-work checks and onboard new employees using the HRIS system
- Provide HR administration support, including note-taking during employee relations cases and preparing required documentation
- Deliver payroll-related employee documentation, new starter information, and updates to the payroll department on a timely basis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in recruitment and HR as an intern or administrator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
