Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the complete recruitment lifecycle from job description creation to candidate onboarding for entry-level to mid-senior positions
  • Create compelling job descriptions and advertise vacancies on the TalentLink platform across UK locations
  • Screen CVs and applications using the applicant tracking system (ATS) with meticulous attention to detail
  • Organise and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and flexible scheduling
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining equality and professionalism throughout the recruitment process
  • Extend verbal job offers to successful candidates and serve as the primary point of contact for new starters
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and related administrative documentation
  • Conduct right-to-work checks and onboard new employees using the HRIS system
  • Provide HR administration support, including note-taking during employee relations cases and preparing required documentation
  • Deliver payroll-related employee documentation, new starter information, and updates to the payroll department on a timely basis

Qualifications
