Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks related to internship agreements, Cerfa, and employment contracts, including collaboration with external service providers.
  • Handle administrative personnel files, ensuring the collection and completion of necessary documents such as health insurance, provident funds, and work permits.
  • Support onboarding processes and provide guidance to new employees on HR systems and employment-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate with educational institutions for contract amendments and act as a liaison between recruitment and payroll teams.
  • Advise teams on best practices for managing interns and apprentices, including legal regulations and internal processes.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent program.

Skills

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Discretion and respect for confidentiality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Experience

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Social Law, or a related field.
