Role & Responsibilities
- Elegantly welcome and greet each client upon arrival, creating an immediate positive impression that embodies the Dior spirit
- Discreetly ascertain the purpose of the client's visit, directing inquiries with grace and efficiency
- Introduce clients to appropriate Brand Ambassadors, facilitating personalized and effortless experiences
- Provide exceptional, anticipatory service that exceeds client expectations with a proactive and attentive approach
- Offer curated tours of the boutique with suggested recommendations and insightful assistance
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Dior's collections, services, heritage, and exclusive spa offerings

- Manage boutique traffic with discretion while maintaining an orderly and inviting atmosphere
