Role & Responsibilities
- Direct and manage all aspects of Dior's café and restaurant operations across Japan, ensuring adherence to brand standards, service excellence, and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance customer experience through impeccable service, distinctive culinary offerings, and luxury-focused ambiance
- Coordinate with Dior HQ Hospitality teams and partner teams in France on product offerings, service guidelines, and marketing and branding activation plans
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all hospitality venues and implement corrective actions to achieve financial and operational targets
- Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Act as primary liaison between hospitality department and critical functions at Japan headquarters including Retail, Clienteling, Marketing and Communications, HR, IT, and Finance
- Lead planning and execution of all food and beverage activities with meticulous attention to detail and brand alignment
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to adapt and implement best practices in luxury hospitality management
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure highest quality of ingredients and services
- Monitor food and beverage business partner collaboration and performance
- Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support team member professional growth
- Develop and manage annual budgets for all hospitality operations, ensuring fiscal responsibility and maximizing profitability
- Implement cost control measures without compromising quality or guest experience
- Analyze financial reports and market trends to make informed business decisions and optimize performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality management, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-unit food and beverage operations
- Proven track record of success managing high-end restaurants, cafés, or hotel food and beverage departments, preferably within luxury retail or fashion industry
- Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken); French highly advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive operational excellence, and achieve financial targets

Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality management, including at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-unit food and beverage operations. Prior experience with luxury retail or fashion industry food and beverage departments strongly preferred. Multinational company experience is advantageous.
