Role & Responsibilities
- Determine and propose fabrication techniques based on design drawings, in collaboration with the RMA and Atelier Head
- Execute approved jewelry fabrication techniques to produce commissioned unique pieces and limited repetitions
- Verify conformity and quality of each piece at every fabrication stage in accordance with technical specifications
- Maintain production schedules and fabrication timelines, reporting any obstacles or delays proactively
- Ensure compliance with aesthetic, quality, and delivery requirements as defined in project briefs
Qualifications
- Diploma in Fine Arts Crafts (CAP or BMA) in Jewelry making
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Haute Joaillerie
- Confirmed proficiency at OJ2 level (advanced jewelry artisan classification)
- Strong team spirit and collaborative work ethic
