Role & Responsibilities

• Share a passion for food service with guests.
• Welcome guests to the dining venue.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the equipment, beverages, and dishes listed across the dining venues.
• Take and relay orders, and serve food and beverages in accordance with restaurant procedures.
• Check that dishes prepared by the kitchen match guests’ orders and meet restaurant quality standards.
• Clear and reset tables in the assigned section.
• Present bills and process payments in accordance with restaurant procedures.
• Promote the services and products available at the restaurants and 30 Montaigne.
• Ensure guest satisfaction across the dining venues.
• Carry out cleaning tasks in accordance with restaurant procedures.
• Participate in inventories.
• Manage table linen, including setup, replacement, replenishment, counting, and storage.
• Relay information and support effective internal communication within the department.
• Follow hygiene and safety rules.
• Know, implement, and uphold HACCP hygiene standards.
• Inform management of any unusual situation involving safety or accident risks to guests or colleagues.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience.
• Strong service orientation and attention to detail.
• English-speaking ability.
• Enjoys engaging with international clientele and has a strong understanding of guest needs.
• Organized, with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic, proactive, and autonomous, with drive, a polished appearance, punctuality, and an interest in the hospitality and food service sector.
