Christian Dior Couture seeks a Head Waiter at 30 Avenue Montaigne, Paris. Full-time position in luxury fine dining and hospitality.
Role & Responsibilities
- Share passion for gastronomy and hospitality with clientele
- Welcome guests to dining venues with attentiveness and sophistication
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of equipment, beverages, and menu preparations available across service areas
- Execute order placement, transmission, and delivery of food and beverages in accordance with restaurant protocols
- Verify kitchen output matches orders and maintain quality standards consistent with Maison expectations
- Clear and reset tables within assigned station
- Present bills and process payments according to established procedures
- Promote additional services and products available within the restaurants and at 30 Montaigne
- Guarantee client satisfaction across all dining spaces
- Perform cleaning tasks according to restaurant procedures
- Participate in inventory management and stocktakes
- Maintain linen management including placement, replenishment, accounting, and storage
- Facilitate internal communication and information flow within the service team
- Uphold hygiene and safety protocols, including HACCP standards
- Report any abnormal situations concerning safety or accident risks to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional service experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
- Fluent English proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of wine, beverages, and culinary service protocols
- Demonstrated excellence in client relation skills and international hospitality standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
