Role & Responsibilities

• Share passion for fine dining with guests and deliver exceptional service experiences
• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival at the restaurant
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu offerings, beverages, preparation methods, and available equipment across dining venues
• Execute order taking, transmission, and delivery of food and beverage according to established restaurant protocols
• Verify that kitchen preparations align with guest orders while maintaining the Maison's quality standards
• Clear and reset tables within assigned station according to service standards
• Present bills and process payments in compliance with restaurant procedures
• Actively promote dining services and products available throughout the restaurants and 30 Montaigne
• Ensure consistent guest satisfaction across all dining areas
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks according to established procedures
• Participate in inventory management and stock verification
• Oversee linen management including mise en place, replenishment, inventory counting, and storage
• Communicate key service information and ensure clear internal coordination
• Adhere strictly to hygiene and safety protocols
• Implement and maintain HACCP hygiene standards
• Report any unusual situations or safety concerns to management promptly

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional restaurant service experience
• Fluent English with ability to communicate effectively with international clientele
• Thorough understanding of fine dining service protocols and table management
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation standards
• Strong organizational skills and team collaboration abilities
