Christian Dior Couture in Paris seeks a Head of VM Projects Coordination to lead visual merchandising project delivery, manage schedules and budgets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary coordinator between VM Creative & Image Director and the creative teams, overseeing projects from brief to final delivery.
- Assess, review and filter incoming creative briefs to ensure clarity, completeness and correct designer allocation.
- Plan, monitor and optimise resource allocation and project schedules; implement monthly deadlines, performance targets and streamlined workflows.
- Manage studio project administration: negotiate and track budgets with finance, maintain project documentation, and ensure projects meet scope, timeline and budget targets.
- Operate and maintain the internal digital asset management system to keep content current and accessible.
- Support packaging artwork approval processes from concept through production, liaising with Creative Teams and third‑party suppliers.
- Coordinate internal resources and external freelancers, including vendor selection, sourcing, negotiation and preparation of call sheets and roadmaps.
- Conduct proofing and quality assurance of designs and documentation prior to presentation to the VM Creative Director; drive continuous improvement through time and workflow analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project or studio management within visual merchandising, creative production or a related function in luxury fashion.
- Proven track record managing multi‑disciplinary creative teams, complex timelines and project budgets.
- Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise concurrent workstreams and enforce deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
- Experience with digital asset management platforms and production workflows.
- Comfortable negotiating with vendors and coordinating third‑party suppliers.

Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in project/studio management or coordination, preferably within visual merchandising or creative production for a luxury fashion house.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in design, visual merchandising, project management, arts management or equivalent professional experience.
